Our Process

The client and Mira will discuss the details of the project in person or virtually. Once the technical points, unique speaking points, and desired deliverables are clear a quote can be provided.
The quote will include a detailed description of the project including:
schedule of milestones
breakdown of technical content
commercial pricing and payment terms
detailed description of deliverables

Upon a signed purchase agreement your project will be included in our schedule. After the required files and technical information are provided to us, we will get to work on your animation.
A kickoff meeting either in person or virtually will take place to clarify any points.

During the design phase, we will periodical updates and status, along with still images for comment.
Once a draft animation is provided, the client and Mira will have a official design review to discuss any changes or remaining requests prior to the final rendering stage.

The animation is rendered in high quality video format. This also includes all high quality image files that are required for the final assembly of the video.
Finally, we add effects such as depth of field, color corrections and video editing.
Followed shortly with the deliver of the files.
